NEW ARTICLE ABOUT JURY QUESTIONS

The fall 2011 volume of The Verdict has rolled off the press. I have an article in this volume entitled “Jury Questions Put Practicality and Principle to the Test.” In this essay I examine a couple of fairly recent Supreme Court of Canada decisions pertaining to jury questions.
